ColorDetector respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. This policy describes how to submit a copyright infringement notice and how we respond.
Reporting infringement
If you believe content on this site infringes a copyright you own or control, please send a written notice to hello@colordetector.click that includes:
- Your contact information, including name, email, and address
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
- The exact URL or location of the material on our site
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf
- Your physical or electronic signature
Our response
Upon receiving a valid notice, we will review the claim and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material in question. We may also notify the party who posted it.
Counter-notice
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice with comparable detail. We will review counter-notices and may restore content where the law allows.
